7am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Closed weekends and public holidays.
If you need to drop something outside those hours, ring first and we will sort it out.

We are in the industrial area at Salamander Bay, in Port Stephens — a few minutes from Soldiers Point, Nelson Bay and Corlette, and about an hour from Newcastle.
Plenty of room to pull a ute or a trailer in. If you are bringing a big part or a machine component, ring ahead so someone is expecting you.

- Material — if you know it. If you do not, tell us what the part does and we will suggest something.
